How to import VideoTap videos into WordPress? / Videos are missing embed tags when imported. Where’d they go?

1) To import in WordPress they’ll need one the the following plugins which translates the video URLs into oEmbed codes with the JSON meta information per the spec here: http://oembed.com/

https://wordpress.org/plugins/oembed-provider/ (untested but should still work)
